Scan QR codes instantaneously

Products containing our supplier’s QR code can be easily identified and recorded by using the scan function. Auto-focus and native scan functionality make this exceptionally easy to use. Through this, product details down to the exact expiry date are read in and all you need to do is tell us how many units you’ve used.

Photograph and enter details for all other products

This solution is compatible with all products from all suppliers. Products not containing a QR code can be recorded using the “Take a Photo” option. Simply capture an image of the item and enter the key details to add it to your report.

The intuitive interface accounts for real world scenarios including products that contain no expiry date and various dispensing unit types.

Send us your report

As you record usage, your entries are added to a usage report. Before you submit this report, you can add/edit/delete a product, or enter a comment.

Once you submit your report, you will receive a confirmation message that you are all set! We’ll take it from there. Your updated inventory levels are reconciled against the requirements every time you record usage, and if you’re low on any products we’ll being coordinating a shipment for you.

Other Features

Connectivity Instructions

You can perform most functions without internet connection, and the app will advise you when you need to establish connectivity. You’ll need connectivity to be able to submit, but your entries will be stored in the app in case you need to return at a later time.

Reminder Notifications

The app will remind you when you have unsubmitted records. It’s important to record usage in a timely manner, so we want to help you remember!

Track By Dispensing Units

We track down to the dispensing unit so your records are extremely precise and you always know exactly what’s on hand.

Expiry Management

We’ll let you know when you have products on board that are nearing their expiry dates. Use the app to record disposal of those expiring products.

Shared Accounts
