In case you forget your password, you can easily reset it. First, go to portal.medscaleplus.com and then click on “Forgot your password?” as shown in the image below:

Enter your email and a code will be sent directly to your address. This is to verify that it’s you.

If your email is registered, a green message indicates successful code delivery. Check your spam folder and save the code. 

Please enter the verification code that you have received, along with your email address and your new password.

Congratulations! Your password has been successfully changed. Please enter your email and your new password to access the medScale+ portal.
